Cancellation and Refund
1. Order Cancellation:
- Once the order is placed you cannot cacnel it later on
2. Retunrn Policy:
- Returns will be accepted only if the customer has received product in damaged condition, Product not as described.
3. Conditions:
- Books should be returned in their original condition, free from significant damage, markings, or signs of wear and tear. The customer must submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order. Returns and refund requests will not be accepted after this 24-hour period.
4. Proof of Purchase:
- Customers may need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning a book to confirm it was bought from Mkcart.
5. Refund Method:
- Depending on the store’s policy, refunds for returned Product, issued a refund back to the original payment method.
